Garbage & Recycling

The City of Milroy contracts with Southwest Sanitation for solid waste collection.  Garbage is picked up on Thursday mornings.  Remember, observed holiday's can alter the normal routine.   Cart size options and rate are:

• 35 Gallon - 12.00 per month
• 65 Gallon - 15.00 per month 
• 95 Gallon - 18.00 per month

Carts are available by contacting the city office 507-336-2495.  If you wish to add or change a cart size; this is typically done at the end of the month.  

Recycling is picked up by Redwood County Recycling every other Wednesday morning.  See below for a calendar of pick-up dates.
